About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, honest and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Tank Road Market, Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of practical accounting experience and a good working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and GST. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling daily accounting entries, managing invoices and assisting with GST-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt and expense entries in Tally.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounting documents.
- Maintain GST records and assist with GST return preparation and filing.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and outstanding payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify accounting entries.
- Use MS Excel for data entry, calculations and preparing reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices and financial records.
- Identify accounting errors and help resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly account closing and other accounting activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and GST.




- Understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of sales and purchase entries, ledgers and invoicing.
- Basic knowledge of bank reconciliation and GST documentation.
- Valuable numerical accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
- Responsible attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of GST portal procedures and GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Familiarity with Excel formulas, sorting, filtering and reporting.
- B.Com or a relevant accounting qualification preferred.
