Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive – Chat Process. The candidate will assist customers through live chat, understand technical issues, provide basic troubleshooting solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Training will be provided to help candidates develop the required technical and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer technical queries through live chat.
- Understand customer concerns and identify basic technical issues.
- Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and appropriate solutions.
- Assist customers with product, service, internet, and computer-related issues.
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical team.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow professional chat etiquette and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet assigned quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computers, internet, and operating systems.
- Good typing speed and accuracy (minimum 30 WPM preferred).
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and professionalism.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
