Job Summary

The Service Runner supports daily service operations by collecting and delivering documents, materials, tools, and other items between offices, customers, vendors, and service locations in a timely, efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and deliver documents, materials, tools, and service-related items as instructed.
- Visit customer locations, offices, vendors, or other designated sites as required.
- Assist the service team with the movement and delivery of spare parts and equipment.
- Submit and collect invoices, delivery challans, service reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate with the service coordinator and supervisor regarding assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and completed assignments.
- Ensure the secure handling and timely delivery of company materials.




- Report delays, missing items, or any issues encountered during field visits.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company documents and customer information.
- Perform other service-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification and Experience

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers may apply.
- Previous experience in fieldwork, delivery, or service support is an advantage.
- Basic communication and record-keeping skills.
- A valid driving licence and a two-wheeler is mandatory

Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
