Job Summary

Teknix Elevators Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to

lead and grow our elevator sales operations in the Mumbai region. The ideal

candidate must have minimum 5+ years of relevant experience exclusively in

elevator sales, with a strong track record in business development, client

acquisition, and revenue growth within the lift industry. The role involves

driving sales strategy, expanding market presence, managing key customer

relationships, and identifying and establishing new branch opportunities in

high-potential regions to support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue

targets in the elevator segment.

 Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance and achieve

business goals.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential,

commercial, and infrastructure elevator projects.

 Identify potential new branch locations and support end-to-end setup

and expansion planning for new regional offices.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers,

architects, consultants, and contractors.

 Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits,

proposal submission to order finalization.

 Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports for

management review.

 Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements

in the elevator industry.

 Coordinate with engineering, installation, service, and finance teams for





smooth project execution.

 Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong customer

satisfaction.

 Participate in industry meetings, exhibitions, and client presentations to

promote company offerings.

 Ensure adherence to company sales processes and policies.

Candidate Requirements

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in Elevator/Lift Sales only (Mandatory).

 Strong experience in project sales, modernization, and maintenance

sales within the elevator industry.

 Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value elevator projects.

 Strong network with builders, developers, consultants, architects, and

contractors in Mumbai and nearby regions.

 Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

 Strong understanding of elevator products, technical specifications, and

project execution flow.

 Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

 Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Educational Qualification

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing,

or related field.

 MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
