Coffee Culture is expanding its bakery business and is looking for someone whose primary mission is simple:

SELL.

Responsibilities

* Generate B2B bakery leads

* Approach cafés, restaurants, hotels, caterers and institutions

* Build relationships with prospective clients

* Conduct tastings and product presentations

* Convert trials into recurring accounts

* Follow up quotations and orders

* Develop institutional and corporate accounts

* Identify new sales territories

* Coordinate production and dispatch requirements

* Maintain a strong sales pipeline

KPIs

* Recent accounts opened

* Monthly bakery sales

* Repeat orders

* Average account value

* Collections

F&B;/Bakery/HoReCa sales experience strongly preferred.

Performance incentives over fixed salary.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
