About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to grow ARQUIN’s online presence and promote our kitchen sinks, faucets, bathroom fittings, and sanitaryware. The candidate will plan content, manage social media accounts, and create campaigns that build brand awareness and generate customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Prepare a monthly content calendar and publish posts, reels, stories, and product updates.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate with designers and video editors to create quality content.
- Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns, monitor budgets, and improve performance.
- Respond to comments and messages and coordinate with the sales team on customer enquiries.
- Identify relevant influencers and coordinate product collaborations.
- Track reach, engagement, enquiries, and campaign results,



and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements

- Previous experience in social media management, with a portfolio of accounts or campaigns handled.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
- 3+years of experience
- Robust content writing skills and an understanding of reels and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Ability to analyse performance and suggest improvements.
- Good planning and coordination skills.
- Experience with kitchen products, home improvement, hardware, or sanitaryware is preferred.Working Hours:

9:30 AM–6:30 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
