Bansal Motors is looking for a motivated and customer-focused MSR (Market Sales Representative) – Spare Parts to support spare parts sales, conduct regular customer visits, generate orders, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in automobile spare parts sales, preferably in the commercial vehicle (CV) segment, along with good communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a strong willingness to work in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and prospective spare parts dealers, workshops, garages, mechanics, and fleet operators.
- Generate daily sales enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Promote and sell genuine automobile and commercial vehicle spare parts.
- Develop new customers and expand the company's presence in the assigned market.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable spare parts.
- Share product availability, pricing, and order details with customers.
- Coordinate with the branch and warehouse teams for stock availability and timely delivery.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Support payment follow-ups and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market demand, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily customer visit reports, sales records, and order details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Submit regular updates on customer visits, new leads, sales performance, and market development to the reporting manager.

Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are also eligible.
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales.
- Commercial vehicle (CV) spare parts experience will be preferred.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts and sales processes.
- Ability to generate orders, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and sales reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory for customer visits.

Salary and Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000, depending on experience and suitability.
