Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 69. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective customers and explain the company's products or services.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow-up reports.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a result-oriented approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
