Job Role: Field Sales & Marketing Executive – B2B

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and interior design firms to generate B2B business opportunities.
- Develop business relationships with potential clients to secure regular interior projects and repeat orders.
- Promote Dream Dots' modular manufacturing facility as a reliable factory partner for businesses requiring outsourced furniture production.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations to explain our manufacturing capabilities, product quality, and services.
- Generate enquiries for modular kitchens, wardrobes, customized furniture, and complete interior execution projects.
- Arrange factory and experience centre visits for potential clients to showcase our production capabilities and material quality.
- Identify businesses that require manufacturing support, procurement assistance, or additional production capacity.
- Follow up on leads, quotations,



and business proposals to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain a database of prospects, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales opportunities.
- Submit daily field activity reports and weekly updates on leads generated, meetings completed, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal design, estimation, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth communication and client servicing.
- Identify recent market opportunities, upcoming residential projects, and potential business partnerships to expand the company's B2B presence.
- Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, new client acquisition, factory collaborations, and sales revenue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
