Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and scheduling meetings to promote our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses.
- Introduce and explain the company's digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of telecalling, sales, or lead generation.
- Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle objections and follow up professionally.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
