Job Summary

Nidharshana Sarees is looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide product information, assist with order-related queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Assist customers with saree details, pricing, product availability, offers, and other product-related queries.
- Provide order status updates and assist customers with delivery-related inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, billing, packing, and dispatch teams to resolve customer issues.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and follow-ups professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales wherever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, orders, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved customer issues to the reporting manager.




- Maintain professional communication and uphold the brand image of Nidharshana Sarees.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the reporting manager based on business requirements.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi; proficiency in all three languages is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and telephone etiquette skills.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in WhatsApp and social media communication.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.

Qualifications & Experience

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior experience in customer support, retail, or e-commerce is an added advantage.

Job Location: 18th Cross, Muneshwara Nagar, Near Federal Bank, TC Palya Main Road
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
