What you’ll do

- End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle,



from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Employee records administration: Maintain accurate employee records and streamline onboarding processes.
- HR policy development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring employee compliance.
- Payroll and benefits administration: Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits, including group medical insurance.
- Performance appraisals: Aid in the performance appraisal process, helping evaluate and enhance employee performance.
- Training and orientation: Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs, aligning them with organizational goals.

Requirements & qualifications

- Graduates with a B.Com/BBA in HR, or MBA in HR can apply.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in an HR field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactivity and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
