Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (SPMs & Automation)

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer who loves building machines from scratch. We design advanced automation systems and Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) specifically for semiconductor packaging and testing (OSAT).
If you are a SolidWorks expert who enjoys turning ideas into fully working robotic assembly lines and pick-and-place systems, you’ll fit right in here.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Design from scratch: Create 3D designs for custom assembly lines, testing equipment, and automated machines.
- Live in SolidWorks: Use SolidWorks every day to build complex 3D assemblies, sheet metal layouts, and transparent 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Make things move: Design robotic pick-and-place mechanisms, conveyors, and precision material handling systems.
- Pick the right parts: Choose the best standard components for the job, like servo motors, pneumatics, and sensors.
- Bring it to life: Work closely with our shop floor and control systems teams to assemble, test, and troubleshoot the machines you designed.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience:



3 to 5 years of real-world experience designing SPMs and automated assembly lines.
- SolidWorks Mastery: You are incredibly comfortable with SolidWorks Parts, Assemblies, Drawings, and Sheet Metal.
- Mechanical Smarts: You have a strong practical understanding of pneumatics, motors, and precision moving parts.
- Industry Bonus: You get bonus points if you've designed equipment for semiconductor packaging, OSAT, or precision electronics before. (Note: We do not do front-end FAB equipment).
- Problem Solver Mindset: You like taking a complicated mechanical problem and figuring out the simplest, most reliable way to build it.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
