 Working of marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Jiomart, Bigbasket etc)

 Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; analytical mindset to read data, funnels, and

dashboards.

 Eager to learn, proactive, and ownership-driven — takes initiative without needing

constant direction.

1. Catalogue Management

 Create, update, and optimize listings (content, images, A+ content, keywords) for

compliance, visibility, and SEO.

 Manage pricing, promotions, and stock coordination across marketplaces and website.

2. Data Management, Analysis & Reporting

 Prepare sales reports and dashboards by marketplace, category, and region.

 Track CTR, ROAS,



funnels, and run competitor benchmarking.

3. Sales Volume & Advertising Performance

 Own ad campaigns and spend to drive sales, ROAS, and visibility.

 Plan and track monthly sales targets and growth roadmaps per platform.

4. Platform Relations & Issue Resolution

 Coordinate with category managers/platform POCs; resolve tickets and queries.

 File and follow up on claims (shortages, returns, damages).

5. Reviews & Growth Initiatives

 Run review & rating improvement plans.

 Identify new marketplaces; drive content strategy and profitability/margin analysis.
