About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable web applications using React.js, Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Microsoft SQL Server.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database design, API development, and performance optimization. Experience working on Accounting, Inventory Management, Production Management, or ERP applications will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Angular.
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C#.
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, tables, views, stored procedures, and queries.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Develop reusable components and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot bugs, resolve production issues, and improve application performance.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into effective technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and database optimization.
- Use Git for version control and follow standard development practices.
- Deploy, maintain, and support applications across development, testing, and production environments.
- Collaborate with team members, QA engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and support ongoing application enhancements.

Required Technical Skills1. Frontend Development

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Angular.




- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar UI frameworks.
- Understanding of component-based architecture, state management, form validation, and REST API integration.
- Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

2. Backend Development

- Strong knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Knowledge of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and Dependency Injection.
- Understanding of middleware, exception handling, logging, and API validation.
- Experience with JWT authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Knowledge of SOLID principles and clean coding practices.

3. Database Management

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience in database design, normalization, and relational database concepts.
- Proficiency in complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, and CTEs.
- Hands-on experience with stored procedures, views, functions, and indexing.
- Understanding of query optimization, transactions, concurrency, and database performance tuning.

4. Development Tools

- Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio, VS Code, and Postman.
- Understanding of debugging, testing, and CI/CD concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Docker and application deployment will be an advantage.

Preferred Domain Experience

Candidates with practical experience developing or maintaining any of the following business applications will be given preference:





- Accounting Software / Financial Management Systems
- Inventory Management Software
- Production Management / Manufacturing Software
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Applications
- Purchase, sales, billing, stock management, and reporting modules.

The candidate should understand business workflows, data accuracy, transaction handling, and the relationship between different modules of a business application.

Experience Requirements

- 3–5 years of professional experience in full stack web application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js / Angular, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Experience working on real-world business applications in a professional development environment.
- Candidates with experience in Accounting, Inventory, Production Management, or ERP software will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who can independently understand requirements, develop frontend screens, build backend APIs, manage database operations, and deliver reliable business applications with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
