Job Role

We are looking for a Finance Data Analyst to support the finance team by managing, analysing, and reporting financial data. This role is focused on data accuracy, report generation, and performance tracking rather than business decision-making or strategy. You will be responsible for building reliable data pipelines, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring that stakeholders have access to clean and timely financial data for operational and reporting needs.

- CTC: ₹80,000- ₹1,00,000 per month
- Shift timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Summer), 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Winter)

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyse P&L;, Balance Sheet, Revenue, Cost, and Budget vs Actual reports.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and key business drivers.
- Analyse revenue, expenses, costs, profitability, and other financial performance metrics.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to present financial performance clearly.
- Conduct variance analysis and investigate significant deviations from budgets and forecasts.
- Work closely with Finance leadership and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data used in reports and management presentations.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and reduce manual reporting efforts.
- Use SQL and BI tools to extract, analyse, and present financial data where required.
- Support budgeting,



forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain financial reporting standards and ensure timely delivery of reports.

Requirements

- 3–8 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Financial Reporting, FP&A;, or Finance Data Analysis.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Revenue Analysis, Cost Tracking, Budget vs Actuals, and financial performance metrics.
- Good knowledge of accounting and financial reporting concepts.
- Strong experience in financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for financial reporting and dashboards.
- Solid Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
- Good SQL knowledge for extracting and analysing financial data.
- Experience working with Finance Managers, Finance Controllers, or senior Finance leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain financial data and insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
