Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective patients and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain the hospital’s fertility treatments, services, and consultation details.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with hospital branches.
- Maintain daily call records, patient enquiry details, and follow-up reports.
- Convert enquiries into appointments through effective communication.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a polite, qualified calling experience.

Mandatory Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate in all four languages:





- Tamil
- Hindi
- Telugu
- Malayalam

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle patient enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Patient, confident, target-oriented, and professional approach.
- Healthcare or hospital telecalling experience is an advantage.
