Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Associate Agency Development Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our agency business by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. You will work closely with your team to develop strategic plans and execute initiatives that maximize sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of advisors, providing ongoing feedback and support.




- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive agency growth and enhance market presence.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the advisory team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all operational and compliance standards are met.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and track progress towards targets.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
