About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Brand Manager to coordinate with clients, understand their commercial property requirements, work closely with brands and startups, and onboard suitable properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable commercial properties.
- Coordinate with brands, startups, investors, buyers, sellers, and real estate builders.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Onboard commercial properties by collecting property details, photos, pricing,



and other necessary information.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and coordinate property visits.
- Support negotiations and work towards successful property closures.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client follow-up and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of real estate and commercial properties.
- Ability to build relationships with brands, businesses, and property owners.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree is acceptable; an MBA is preferred.
- Relevant real estate knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory for travelling within Bengaluru.
- Kannada-speaking candidates will have an added advantage.
- Candidates must have good communication skills and be comfortable with regular client follow-ups.
- Salary will depend on interview performance, relevant real estate knowledge, skills, and experience.
