About the Company

Hirevoo Marketing and Consultancy is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building their careers in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening calls and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining status.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
- Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.




- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing vacancies within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 0–2 years in HR or recruitment.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.
- Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
