Shree Bafna Public School is seeking a passionate, talented, and dedicated Music Educator to join our dynamic faculty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vocal and/or instrumental music and a genuine enthusiasm for inspiring students of all grade levels. You will be responsible for developing a vibrant music curriculum, conducting choir/instrumental ensembles, and fostering an appreciation for music and performing arts within the school community.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum & Instruction:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging music lessons aligned with the school’s academic calendar and educational standards.
- Teach foundational music theory, rhythm, vocal training, and instrumental performance (e.g., keyboard, guitar, harmonium, classical/folk instruments depending on expertise).
- Design age-appropriate lesson plans suitable for primary, middle, and high school students.
- Co-curricular & Event Management:
- Train and direct school choirs, musical bands, and student performance groups.
- Lead music preparation and choreography/orchestration for school assemblies, annual functions, national festivals, and inter-school cultural competitions.
- Encourage student participation and foster creativity through music clubs and workshops.
- Student Assessment & Development:
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records of student performance.




- Identify musically talented students and provide specialized guidance to help them excel.
- Foster a disciplined, supportive, and inclusive classroom workplace conducive to artistic learning.
- Collaboration & Professional Conduct:
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration for wholesome student development.
- Maintain proper care, maintenance, and inventory of school-owned musical instruments and audio equipment.
- Uphold the core values, code of conduct, and reputation of Shree Bafna Public School.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music (B.A./M.A. in Music) or a recognized diploma/certification in vocal or instrumental music from a reputed institution (e.g., Bhatkhande, Prayag Sangeet Samiti, etc.).
- Experience: Prior experience teaching music in a reputed school or leading cultural programs is preferred. Freshers with exceptional talent and passion for teaching are also welcome to apply.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in playing at least one or more musical instruments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young minds.
