- Location: Chennai, puducherry with field visits to client sites
- Experience: 1–4 years / Freshers can apply
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical or Electronics

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and test UPS systems, inverters, battery banks, and servo stabilizers at client sites.
- Attend breakdown calls within the committed response time and troubleshoot faults in office.
- Perform preventive maintenance under AMC contracts, including battery health checks, load testing, and filter and fan cleaning.
- Prepare service reports with photos for every visit and obtain customer sign-off.
- Maintain accurate records of serial numbers, spare parts used, and battery replacement dates.
- Escalate complex faults to the senior engineer or OEM support team.
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout practices, earthing checks,



and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

- Hands-on knowledge of single-phase and three-phase UPS systems, SMF/tubular batteries, and basic power electronics.
- Ability to use a multimeter, clamp meter, and battery analyzer.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tamil and basic English or Hindi.
- Experience with APC, Eaton, Vertiv, or Numeric products will be an added advantage.
