We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Wi-Fi Installation Executive to join our technical operations team. In this field role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting wireless networks, routers, access points, and fiber/broadband equipment at customer sites (residential, commercial, or enterprise). You will serve as the primary on-site technical representative, ensuring high network performance and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Installation & Setup: Lay, route, and manage cabling (Ethernet/Fiber) and install routers, switches, modems, and access points according to site plans.
- Network Configuration: Configure Wi-Fi routers, SSIDs, security protocols (WPA2/WPA3), IP settings, and signal boosters for optimal coverage and speed.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct Wi-Fi signal strength and speed tests, identify coverage dead zones, resolve line/connectivity issues, and perform on-site troubleshooting.
- Customer Demonstration & Support: Guide customers through their network setup, demonstrate basic troubleshooting, and answer technical questions clearly and politely.
- Documentation & Asset Management:



Maintain accurate records of completed installations, equipment inventory, signal test reports, and customer sign-offs in the field management application.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: High school diploma, IT diploma, or ITI/Vocational degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience in Wi-Fi installation, broadband provisioning, cabling, or field network support.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic networking principles (IP address, DHCP, LAN/WAN, DNS, 2.4GHz vs 5GHz frequencies, and structured cabling).
- Physical & Logistics Requirements: Valid driver’s license, willingness to work in the field, and comfort working with ladders, hand tools, and in wide-ranging weather conditions.
- Key Traits: Strong customer service attitude, attention to safety standards, and sharp problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
