Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage project data, prepare reports, develop proposals and presentations, and coordinate with clients and project teams in the skill development sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain candidate, batch, attendance, training, assessment, and placement data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Prepare project proposals, concept notes, PowerPoint presentations, and project reports.
- Coordinate with clients, government departments, training centres, and project managers.
- Track project progress, targets, deliverables, and compliance requirements.




- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports and documents.
- Support management with business proposals, project updates, and client presentations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Robust skills in MIS reporting, data management, documentation, and report drafting.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Knowledge of government skill development projects will be preferred.
- Prior experience in the skill development sector will be an advantage.
