Dubai Fresh Mart is looking for an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations at our supermarket in Nooranadu, Alappuzha.

The ideal candidate should have experience in supermarket or retail inventory management, strong computer skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records, minimize wastage, and ensure smooth day-to-day inventory operations.

Candidates with hands-on experience using GoFrugal POS and Inventory Management Software will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory operations, including stock receiving, storage, tracking, and replenishment.
- Maintain accurate stock records using POS and inventory management software.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely purchase orders and restocking.
- Verify supplier deliveries, invoices, purchase orders, and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
- Conduct periodic stock audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, and wastage.
- Monitor product expiry dates and implement FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams, billing staff, and store management.
- Manage product SKUs, barcodes, pricing updates, and inventory master data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving products to improve stock efficiency.
- Ensure proper inventory controls, stockroom organization, and operational compliance.
- Assist with inventory system implementation and staff training when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory management,



preferably in supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, or retail chains.
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
- Good working knowledge of English.
- Hands-on experience with GoFrugal POS/ERP is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and computerized billing systems.
- Good understanding of stock control, purchase management, and supplier coordination.
- Familiarity with GST invoices and retail inventory documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise inventory activities and coordinate with store employees.
- High level of accuracy, honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred; relevant retail experience will be considered.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates residing in Nooranadu, Mavelikkara, Charummoodu, Pandalam, Kayamkulam, or nearby areas.
- Candidates with previous supermarket or hypermarket inventory management experience.
- Applicants experienced in GoFrugal stock management, purchase entry, GRN processing, and inventory reporting.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice.
