We are looking for an energetic and experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, site visits, and other channels.
- Guide team members in converting leads into successful property transactions.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training and motivation.
- Assist team members during client meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Track sales pipelines, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and closures.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales strategy.
- Ensure professional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, projects, pricing, and competition.

Candidate Requirements





- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Ability to motivate a sales team and work under targets.
- Solid follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Must be comfortable with client meetings and property site visits.
- Candidates with experience in residential/commercial property sales will be preferred.
