- Task Delegation & Planning: Assign tasks based on member strengths, set clear project timelines, and monitor daily progress. Coaching & Mentorship: Provide training for new or struggling employees, run 1-on-1 feedback sessions, and support skill development. Performance Tracking: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), manage deadlines, and report progress to senior management. Conflict Resolution: Address team disagreements proactively, maintain morale, and foster a collaborative environment. Process Alignment: Ensure company policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines are followed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
