- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, fabrication materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material availability for production.
- Receive materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for material inspection and report discrepancies.
- Issue materials to departments against authorized requests and maintain proper records.
- Conduct physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material storage, handling, housekeeping, and compliance with 5S practices.
- Maintain GRNs, stock registers, material issue records, and update inventory in ERP or MS Excel.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Dispatch departments.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, team supervision, and timely material procurement follow-ups.
