Job Title: Induction Handler / Machine Operator

Job Summary

The Induction Handler is responsible for the precise setup, configuration, and secure operation of industrial induction heating equipment. This role focuses on heat-treating, hardening, or melting metal workpieces by carefully configuring electrical frequencies and thermal cycles. The ideal candidate ensures structural part integrity, minimizes material warping, and adheres to strict industrial safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Equipment Operation & Setup: Operate, adjust, and set up induction heating machinery, scanners, and furnaces safely.
- Process Configuration: Interpret technical blueprints and work orders to configure correct current frequencies, coils, and heating cycles.
- Material Handling & Monitoring: Load and unload workpieces using appropriate tools,



while actively monitoring temperature metrics and cooling flows to prevent defects.
- Quality & Maintenance: Inspect finished components using measurement tools, perform routine equipment upkeep, and maintain accurate production logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience & Literacy: 1–3 years in a manufacturing or foundry setting, with the ability to read technical blueprints and process charts.
- Physical & Safety Requirements: Capable of handling physical tasks in high-temperature environments while strictly adhering to industrial safety and PPE standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
