Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational positions such as Delivery Executives, Ground Staff, Warehouse Executives, Pick-up Executives, Loaders and other hub-level requirements.
- Source candidates through field visits, walk-ins, local references, job portals, social media, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Conduct regular field recruitment activities in and around assigned hubs/locations.
- Organize and manage walk-in drives and local hiring campaigns.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility, location, experience and operational requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and selection with the respective Operations/HR teams.
- Ensure selected candidates complete documentation and onboarding within the required TAT.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming manpower requirements.
- Track daily hiring funnel including leads generated,



contacted candidates, shortlisted candidates, selected candidates and joining numbers.
- Coordinate with vendors and local recruitment partners for additional manpower requirements.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimize candidate dropouts.
- Support replacement hiring against attrition and ensure manpower availability at assigned locations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and share daily/weekly hiring updates with the HR team.
- Identify recent local sourcing channels and improve hiring conversion.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring and onboarding processes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
