Job Title : Business Development Executive
Location : Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune, Maharashtra
Working Hours : Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
(Monday to Friday) | Work from the Office
Experience Required : 3months -1 year in Sales & Business Development
Compensation : Fixed salary + Performance-based incentives + Bonuses based on targets

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Team with proven experience in international calling and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic sales team, driving global lead generation, and nurturing client relationships to achieve business growth. This is a strategic role that requires robust leadership, effective communication, and a deep understanding of international markets to expand the company’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct international sales calls and close high-value B2B deals.
- Drive lead generation efforts and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in international markets.




- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize performance.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships across diverse geographies and industries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align business goals and client expectations.
- Prepare compelling sales proposals, presentations, and negotiation strategies.
- Conduct market research and contribute to expansion planning and go-to-market strategies.
