Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in US Bench Sales / IT Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing industry.
- Hands-on experience with bench marketing and consultant placement.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization such as H-1B, Green Card, US Citizen, EAD, OPT/CPT and TN.
- Experience working with C2C, W2, 1099 and subcontracting models.
- Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster and Boolean search.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and US business hours.
