I2GO Global is looking for an enthusiastic and career-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will help promote the company's international recruitment, training, and placement services, connect with prospective candidates and clients, manage sales leads, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates and clients.
- Introduce and explain I2GO Global’s international recruitment, career guidance, training, and placement services.
- Identify potential business opportunities and generate new leads through various channels.
- Understand candidate and client requirements and direct enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls and messages to encourage registrations and conversions.
- Maintain updated records of leads, interactions, and follow-up activities using spreadsheets or CRM software.
- Coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams to schedule consultations, interviews, and meetings.
- Build professional relationships with prospective candidates and business partners.




- Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving lead conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Confidence in communicating with prospective candidates and explaining services.
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
