Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the role of Automotive Service Advisor in an automotive customer support process. The candidate will assist customers with vehicle service inquiries, appointment scheduling, service updates, and issue resolution while ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls related to vehicle servicing.
- Schedule and confirm vehicle service appointments.
- Provide customers with updates regarding service status and delivery timelines.
- Address customer queries related to maintenance, repairs, and service requests.
- Coordinate with service centers and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service completion.
- Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries professionally.
- Should Have BE- Mechanical or Automobile qualification
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
