Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to connect with potential US clients, introduce our Virtual Assistance services, and generate qualified business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential US clients, including founders, small business owners, and decision-makers.
- Conduct outbound calls to introduce Recruiting Genie’s Virtual Assistance services.
- Execute personalised cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Explain our service offerings, understand prospect requirements, and qualify business opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects and schedule discovery meetings.
- Maintain prospect databases,



outreach records, and follow-up pipelines.
- Coordinate with the founder for qualified leads, client meetings, and proposal discussions.
- Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.

Required Skills

- Strong spoken and written English communication.
- Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
- Ability to write professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, and prospect qualification.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
