We are looking for a creative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our premier furniture showroom. In this role, you will do more than just manage the retail floor—you will act as a design consultant helping walk-in clients visualize their spaces, select the right furniture and fixtures, and turn their dream homes or offices into reality. You will also assist in curating and styling the physical showroom layout to drive sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation & Sales Support

- Greet walk-in customers and understand their lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, budget, and space requirements.
- Provide expert design advice on space planning, furniture selection, color schemes, and material finishes (wood, upholstery, metals).
- Create 2D/3D layouts or mood boards to help clients visualize how specific showroom furniture pieces will fit into their actual floor plans.
- Convert inquiries into sales by offering comprehensive interior packages and guiding clients through custom/modular furniture options. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Showroom Merchandising & Visual Display

- Curate and style showroom vignettes and room setups to showcase collection highlights and seasonal trends.
- Maintain aesthetic standards on the retail floor, ensuring lighting, tags, and furniture arrangements look spotless and inspiring.




- Collaborate with the marketing/merchandising team to update displays for current product launches or promotional events.

Project & Order Coordination

- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), price quotations, and custom furniture specification sheets.
- Coordinate with the factory/workshop or vendor teams regarding custom sizing, upholstery choices, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up with clients post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships/referrals. [1, 2]

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. [1, 2]
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in retail interior design, luxury furniture showrooms, or residential styling. [1]
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Rhino, or Photoshop.
- Good understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and material properties. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for furniture craftsmanship, interior aesthetics, and customer service. [1, 2, 3]

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
