Job Description

Alapatt Jewellers, a trusted name in the jewellery industry since 1987, is looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, presenting jewellery collections, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
- Explain product details, including gold, diamond, and silver jewellery collections.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain attractive and organized jewellery displays.
- Assist with daily showroom operations, billing, and stock management.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and courteously.




- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation standards.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary) or above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication skills preferred.
- Friendly personality with a customer-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in jewellery or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
