Key Responsibilities
- Patient Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages promptly with empathy and clear guidance.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel OPD/IPD and specialist appointments based on doctor availability.
- Insurance & Billing Support: Verify patient insurance eligibility, check copays and balances, and answer basic billing or statement questions.
- Data Recording: Accurately update patient demographic details, contact info, and medical record numbers in the Hospital Management System (HMS) or Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Triage & Escalation: Route complex clinical questions to licensed nurses/doctors and escalate urgent or emergency calls according to hospital protocols.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
