D+ Diagnocare is looking for a proactive and motivated Hospital Outreach Executive to promote its diagnostic and pathology laboratory services and create awareness among patients, particularly CGHS beneficiaries.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting designated hospitals and healthcare facilities, explaining available diagnostic services, guiding eligible patients, and supporting patient outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit designated government hospitals and healthcare facilities to create awareness about D+ Diagnocare's diagnostic and pathology services.
- Guide CGHS beneficiaries regarding applicable diagnostic services, eligibility, referral requirements, and testing procedures.
- Explain available tests, pricing, laboratory location, and home sample collection facilities, wherever applicable.
- Assist patients and their attendants with service-related enquiries and required documentation.
- Develop skilled relationships with relevant healthcare stakeholders.




- Coordinate with the internal team regarding patient enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily field visit records and outreach activity reports.
- Ensure all outreach activities follow applicable hospital policies and company guidelines.

Qualification

- Graduate in any stream preferred.
- DMLT / MLT / BMLT or relevant healthcare qualification will be an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with hospital outreach, healthcare marketing, diagnostic laboratory, or patient counselling experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient handling and counselling.
- Basic knowledge of diagnostic and pathology services.
- Relationship management and coordination.
- Willingness to travel locally across Delhi/NCR.
- Target-oriented approach and professional conduct.

Salary

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, skills, and interview performance.
