JOB TITLE : Manager

REPORTING TO : Operations Head

a. Provide direction and control to personnel within the department

b. Establish functional quality objectives

c. Ensure competence of personnel as per cometary’s matrix, and review performance every six months

d. Handle and resolve customer complaints

e. Monitor customer satisfaction

f. Ensure conformity with applicable regulatory requirements

g. Identify and control non conforming service implement corrective action

h. Analyze data

H.O.D Responsibilities :

a. Immediate solutions for Hardware problems, by keeping stand by system and printers.

b. Maintenance of server, all the systems, all printers.

c. Backing up the important data for every month from the key systems. So that, if a sudden crash occurs we can have previous data.

d. Taking back up from Oracle servers up-to-date.

e. Maintenance of testing server, so that up-to-date live implementations will be made to the Testing server. There by making the Software team to train the users using Testing server.

f. Supervision on Executives: Software, Hardware and Network.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
