We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our four-wheeler automobile workshop in Goregaon, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers with accident-damaged vehicles and coordinating damage assessment, repair estimates, insurance claims and vehicle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers bringing vehicles for accident repairs and bodywork.
- Understand customer complaints and assess vehicle damage.
- Prepare job cards and repair estimates.
- Explain repair requirements, costs and estimated timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with denting, painting and mechanical teams.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and follow up on pending jobs.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors and insurance companies.
- Follow up on insurance approvals and claim documentation.
- Keep customers informed about repair status and delays.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution.




- Coordinate final inspection and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer, repair and insurance records.

Requirements

- Experience in four-wheeler automobile bodyshop operations.
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Bodyshop Service Advisor or Accident Repair Advisor preferred.
- Knowledge of denting, painting and accident repair processes.
- Insurance claim and surveyor coordination experience preferred.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Passenger vehicle dealership or bodyshop experience preferred.

Work Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
