Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Presales Consultant to interact with clients, understand their property requirements, and identify potential property matches. The candidate will be responsible for collecting client details and sharing relevant profiles with the respective Residential or Commercial team for further assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to clients and understand their property-related needs.
- Gather information about budget, location preferences, property type, and other requirements.
- Handle initial enquiries from property buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- Identify potential property options based on the client's requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client enquiries and preferences.




- Forward qualified client profiles to the appropriate Residential or Commercial team.
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm client requirements and update information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely handover of client profiles.

Skills and Requirements

- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Good listening and requirement-gathering abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Kannada language proficiency is an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
