Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement operations for an electronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in supplier development, vendor management, price negotiation, sourcing, inventory coordination, and cost control.

Candidates with relevant experience in LED drivers, Battery Management Systems (BMS), UPS and inverter manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), or adapter manufacturing will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure electronic components, raw materials, and other production requirements.
- Ensure timely material availability to support production planning.
- Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
- Maintain purchase orders, quotations, vendor records, and procurement documentation.




- Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts teams.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for procurement cost optimization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in purchase and procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in electronic components and raw material procurement is preferred.
- Knowledge of supplier evaluation, sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
- Solid understanding of purchase documentation and cost-control practices.
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and delivery schedules.
