Annaira is a homegrown women's clothing brand offering timeless, elegant, and versatile wardrobe essentials for modern women. We are looking for a passionate, well-presented, and customer-focused individual who loves fashion, enjoys styling women, and can help customers find outfits that match their personality and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Customer Service

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, personalised shopping experience.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits, sizes, and styles.
- Achieve sales targets and support daily boutique operations.
- Handle billing, product display, stock management, and inventory updates.
- Maintain the boutique's visual presentation and ensure the store looks organised.

2. Fashion Styling & Basic Designing

- Assist customers with outfit selection, colour coordination, and styling suggestions.
- Understand current fashion trends and women's wear preferences.
- Suggest design modifications, styling options, and customisation ideas wherever feasible.
- Assist with garment measurements, alterations, and coordination with tailors, if required.
- Help with product selection, new collection planning, and merchandising.

3. Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.




- Maintain customer records, preferences, and purchase history.
- Follow up with customers through WhatsApp and phone calls regarding new arrivals, offers, and special collections.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support customer engagement through social media and boutique promotions.

4. Store Management & Brand Presentation

- Ensure attractive product displays and proper arrangement of garments.
- Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or slow-moving products.
- Assist in photographing new arrivals and creating simple fashion content for social media.
- Maintain Annaira's premium, elegant, and welcoming brand experience.

Skills & Qualifications

- A genuine interest in women's fashion, styling, and trends.
- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- A friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of garment fabrics, fits, colours, and styling.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic billing or inventory systems.
- Sales ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
