We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Holiday Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling domestic and international holiday packages, handling customer inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Prepare customized holiday packages, quotations, and itineraries.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Explain package inclusions, exclusions, pricing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and tour operators.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and bookings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in holiday sales or the travel industry.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and closing sales.
- Ability to prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and email.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation skills.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in a travel agency or tour and travel company.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and holiday package operations will be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
