Job Overview

Assistara Global Services Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Technical Support Lead Generation Specialist for our US process. The role involves generating qualified customer calls and opportunities related to printer support, antivirus software, router and internet troubleshooting, QuickBooks, and other technical support services.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a confident telephone manner, and the ability to identify customer requirements, explain relevant support solutions, and generate qualified calls for technical support and sales teams.

Candidates with experience in US outbound calling, technical support campaigns, PPC lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, and international voice processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate 40–50 qualified calls per day, subject to campaign requirements and quality standards.
- Handle outbound calling activities for US-based technical support and sales campaigns.
- Generate relevant customer enquiries and qualified calls for printer troubleshooting, printer installation, antivirus support, and software security solutions.
- Identify customer requirements related to router configuration, Wi-Fi connectivity, internet troubleshooting, and network support.
- Generate leads and customer calls for QuickBooks accounting software support and related technical services.
- Promote relevant technical support services and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Communicate professionally with US customers, understand their concerns,



and direct qualified prospects to the appropriate support or sales team.
- Follow approved campaign scripts, calling guidelines, lead qualification criteria, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, lead status, and campaign performance in the CRM or calling system.
- Achieve daily call targets while maintaining call quality, lead relevance, and conversion potential.
- Coordinate with team leaders and campaign managers to improve calling performance and lead quality.
- Follow applicable customer privacy, telemarketing, and US calling compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with US customers.
- Experience or understanding of international voice processes, outbound calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or technical support sales.
- Basic knowledge of computers, printers, antivirus software, routers, networking, or accounting software is preferred.
- Solid customer engagement,



objection handling, and lead qualification skills.
- Ability to meet daily call targets and work in a performance-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software, dialers, calling tools, and lead management systems is an advantage.
- Professional telephone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in US business hours, including night shifts, as required by the process.
