Job Title: Customer Success Intern

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to

support client relationship management, account growth, and sales operations. The intern

will work closely with existing clients to understand their business needs, provide suitable

shipping solutions, and identify opportunities to increase business.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist in managing relationships with existing clients and maintaining regular

communication.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable shipping solutions.

● Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate additional business.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and

issues.

● Support client onboarding and guide customers on platform features and services.

● Follow up with clients to understand their experience and improve customer

satisfaction.

● Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and maintaining client

engagement.

● Maintain client data, account updates, sales trackers, and regular reports.





● Support the team in achieving account growth, retention, and revenue targets.

Requirements

● Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Account Management,

Customer Success, or a related field.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Interest in sales, account management, and customer relationship management.

● Valuable interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

● Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

● Prior experience in sales, customer success, or logistics will be an added advantage.
