Communication Skills Trainer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Type: Part time

Working Days: Thursday

Timings: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive Communication Skills sessions for school students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, presentation skills, confidence building, interpersonal communication, and active listening.
- Conduct activity-based sessions using role plays, group discussions, presentations, debates, and real-life scenarios.
- Simplify and communicate concepts effectively while encouraging active student participation and engagement.
- Help students develop self-confidence, effective communication habits, and interpersonal skills through practical learning activities.
- Coordinate with schools and the Gyansthan team regarding schedules, curriculum, attendance, student progress, and programme requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, Communication,



Mass Media, Psychology, or a related field will be preferred.
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, with strong fluency, pronunciation, grammar, and presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in Communication Skills Training, Soft Skills, Teaching, Public Speaking, or Personality Development will be preferred.
- Ability to conduct interactive, engaging, and activity-based sessions for school students.
- Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable working with school students and travelling across Pune as required.
- Willingness to work according to school timetables and programme requirements, including extended hours when necessary.
