Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding

Compensation: ₹4.8 – ₹7.2 LPA

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Executive to manage freight rates, quotations, shipment costing, and commercial coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Ocean Export/LCL and Air & Sea Import pricing and experience coordinating with carriers, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily freight pricing and rate enquiries.
- Procure and compare rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
- Manage Ocean Export/LCL and Air & Sea Import pricing.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and shipment costing.
- Coordinate with Sales/BD and Operations for pricing requirements.
- Negotiate rates with carriers and logistics partners.
- Maintain rate sheets, pricing records, and enquiry logs.
- Monitor market rates and update pricing accordingly.




- Support Sales/BD with customer-specific pricing and negotiations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Pricing/Commercial/Sales Coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Ocean Export, LCL, Air & Sea Import.
- Experience in rate procurement, costing, and quotation preparation.
- Good understanding of shipping lines, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
- Strong MS Excel and documentation skills. Good communication, negotiation, analytical, and follow-up skills. Ability to work closely with Sales and Operations teams.

A hands-on freight forwarding pricing professional who can independently manage rate enquiries, costing, quotations, carrier coordination, and sales support while ensuring competitive and commercially viable pricing.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
