URGENT HIRING – INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICAL SITE ENGINEER

Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5–10 Years
Valid Passport: Mandatory
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Duty Hours: 10 Hours per Day
Deputation Period: 3–6 Months, extendable if required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work planning, scheduling, and execution of industrial electrical/instrumentation installation activities.
- Preparation and coordination of daily work permits.
- Daily work progress monitoring, status reporting, and coordination with concerned personnel.
- Client handling and coordination at the project site.
- Understanding field device layouts, cable tray layouts, cable schedules, and wiring diagrams.
- Supervision of cable tray installation.
- Supervision of fabricated cable tray support installation.
- Supervision of installation of electrical panels, field junction boxes (JBs), field instruments, and local control stations (LCS).
- Supervision of cable laying and routing activities.
- Cable dressing, glanding, and termination at panel and field sides.
- Supervision of ferruling and cable termination activities at panels and field devices.
- Coordination and support during power-on activities and testing.




- Monitoring site safety practices and ensuring compliance with project safety requirements.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 5–10 years of relevant industrial electrical site experience.
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical installation and field supervision.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and layout drawings.
- Experience in manpower coordination, work permits, daily reporting, and client coordination.
- Knowledge of electrical installation safety procedures.
- Valid passport and readiness for immediate international deployment.
